Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization and handle the reception area at Cairo office.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage phone calls
  • Manage the reception area
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating with relevant staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from clients and employees, providing accurate information and assistance.
