Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that align with our overall business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and contribute to the success of our various divisions.

Qualifications:

  • BA or equivalent in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MA is a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in media, communications, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to create compelling marketing messages and presentations.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and expand market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, utilizing insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing materials and content that resonate with target audiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and media representatives.
  • Monitor and report on industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
